Bizee’s main offering is business formation, whether an LLC, S corporation, C corporation, or nonprofit. The great thing about Bizee is that even before applying, they offer a quick quiz that helps clients determine which type of business is best for them.

Although the EIN application is considered essential, it’s not included in the Basic plan. With the Basic plan, the EIN application costs an additional $70. It’s included in the Standard and Premium plans.

Like the EIN application, the Operating Agreement isn’t included in the Basic plan, costing an additional $99. The Operating Agreement is included in the Standard and Premium plans. The great thing is that it’s fully customizable to any type of business.

With Bizee, clients can form LLCs in all 50 states, and the Registered Agent is free for all plans for the first year.

Formation Process

When you’ve decided on the business type, it’s time to complete the forms. Bizee offers an easy-to-follow process that covers all the bases when it comes to forming an LLC. The entire form can be filled out in minutes, without prior experience or knowledge.

Once you’ve filled out all the forms, the standard waiting time is up to 3 weeks. However, expedited filing is possible as a paid add-on for $50 for the Basic and Standard plans. Expedited filing is included in the Premium plan, reducing the time it takes to form an LLC to 1 day.

Legal & Compliance Tools

One of the most significant benefits of using Bizee is its lifetime compliance alerts feature. No matter which of the 50 states you formed your LLC, Bizee will inform you when specific reports are due. This feature applies to all three plans, including the Basic plan, which is completely free.
